Greetings from the Aviation Safety Management Society of India.
Aviation Safety India will be conducting Free
Online SMS Training on 21,22 Feb 25  to enhance the Safety of Aviation Operations in the country.
In addition, to facilitate Safety Awareness among Aviation Personnel and to prepare them for   holding Senior positions in the Company and to conduct Audits, Aviation Safety India will undertake the following types of Training at discounted rates.
(a) SMS Training  Initial (2 Days) and Recurrent (1 day) . (21,22 Feb 25)
(b) Human Factors Training Initial (2 Days) and Recurrent (1 day) .(19,20 Feb 25)
(c) SMS Training- 5 Days. (21,22,24,25,26 Feb 25)
(d)  Quality Auditors Training-5 Days. (21,22,24,25,26 Feb 25)
(e) Lead Auditors Training-5 Days. (21,22,24,25,26 Feb 25)
(f)   Internal  Auditors Training-5 Days. (21,22,24,25,26 Feb 25)
(g) Management of Flight Safety program and Accident Investigation & Crisis Management Training- 5 Days. (21,22,24,25,26 Feb 25)
Specific SMS Training including Safety Leadership Training. (21,22,24,25,26 Feb 25)
Aviation Safety India has conducted more than 5000 SMS Training free of cost for Aviation Professionals.
All the operators are requested to use this opportunity to get all their personnel trained on SMS.
SMS training of all the personnel of the Operators will go a long way in preventing accidents and promoting safety.
After the successful completion of the training, the names of the candidates who successfully complete the SMS training will be forwarded to DGCA, and a copy will be sent to the Operators. Those candidates who wish to get a certificate will be provided certificates at highly discounted rates.
Aviation Safety India has also taken the initiative to encourage and help the Operators to conduct Flight Safety Seminar. So far we have assisted more than 20 Operators in conducting Flight Safety Seminar.

Seminar Overview

Day 1 – 27 November 2025: Military Aviation Safety.

The first day will focus on Military Aviation Safety, Advanced Safety Protocols, Innovations, and Safety Challenges in Military Aviation.

Invitations-The delegates from a wide array of Military and Défense Organizations, including:

Indian Air Force, Army Aviation, Naval Aviation, and Border Security Force (BSF)

Aviation Research Centre (ARC), Coast Guard, Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), and Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO)

Indian and Foreign manufacturers of Military Aviation Aircraft, Helicopters, Aviation-Related Equipment, and Military-Use Drones.

The Chief of Air Staff will be invited as Chief Guest. Chief of Army Staff and Navy Staff will be requested to grace the occasion.

Day 2 – 28 November 2025: Civil Aviation Safety.

The Second Day will be dedicated to Civil Aviation Safety.

Focus: Enhancing Safety Standards in Civil Aviation Operations.

Invitations: Representatives from the Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCA), Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Airport Authority of India (AAI), Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS), Airport Economic Regulatory Authority (AERA), and Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau (AAIB).

Airlines, Cargo Carriers, General Aviation Operators (Both Aircraft and Helicopters), Private Operators, Drone Operators, Airport Operators, And Ground Handling Agencies.

Air Traffic Controllers, Maintenance and Repair Organizations (MROs), and Various Aviation Associations such as Aviation Safety India, Aeronautical Society of India, Rotary Wing Society of India, Business Aircraft Operators Association (BAOA), and Fixed & Rotary Wing Pilots Association

Representatives from Academic and Research Institutions, Including Professors and Students from The Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), Aeronautical Colleges, Flying Clubs, and Aircraft Maintenance Engineers and Training Organizations

International Delegates, Aircraft, Helicopters, Equipment, and Drones Manufacturers in addition to delegates from the Flight Safety Foundation, Royal Aeronautical Society (UK), FAA, EASA, CASA, and CAPA, as well as Editors of Aviation-Related Journals and officials from the Important Civil Aviation Authorities/DGCA of Friendly and Neighbouring Countries.

The Minister of Civil Aviation will be invited as the Chief Guest.
