Seminar Overview
Day 1 – 27 November 2025: Military Aviation Safety.
The first day will focus on Military Aviation Safety, Advanced Safety Protocols, Innovations, and Safety Challenges in Military Aviation.
Invitations-The delegates from a wide array of Military and Défense Organizations, including:
Indian Air Force, Army Aviation, Naval Aviation, and Border Security Force (BSF)
Aviation Research Centre (ARC), Coast Guard, Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), and Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO)
Indian and Foreign manufacturers of Military Aviation Aircraft, Helicopters, Aviation-Related Equipment, and Military-Use Drones.
The Chief of Air Staff will be invited as Chief Guest. Chief of Army Staff and Navy Staff will be requested to grace the occasion.
Day 2 – 28 November 2025: Civil Aviation Safety.
The Second Day will be dedicated to Civil Aviation Safety.
Focus: Enhancing Safety Standards in Civil Aviation Operations.
Invitations: Representatives from the Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCA), Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Airport Authority of India (AAI), Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS), Airport Economic Regulatory Authority (AERA), and Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau (AAIB).
Airlines, Cargo Carriers, General Aviation Operators (Both Aircraft and Helicopters), Private Operators, Drone Operators, Airport Operators, And Ground Handling Agencies.
Air Traffic Controllers, Maintenance and Repair Organizations (MROs), and Various Aviation Associations such as Aviation Safety India, Aeronautical Society of India, Rotary Wing Society of India, Business Aircraft Operators Association (BAOA), and Fixed & Rotary Wing Pilots Association
Representatives from Academic and Research Institutions, Including Professors and Students from The Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), Aeronautical Colleges, Flying Clubs, and Aircraft Maintenance Engineers and Training Organizations
International Delegates, Aircraft, Helicopters, Equipment, and Drones Manufacturers in addition to delegates from the Flight Safety Foundation, Royal Aeronautical Society (UK), FAA, EASA, CASA, and CAPA, as well as Editors of Aviation-Related Journals and officials from the Important Civil Aviation Authorities/DGCA of Friendly and Neighbouring Countries.
The Minister of Civil Aviation will be invited as the Chief Guest.

Gala Dinner-In addition to the Rich, Content-Driven Sessions, the Seminar will feature an engaging evening program on 27 November, including a Networking Dinner, Dance, and Entertainment under the Serene Skies of the Air Force Auditorium lawns.
